Appointment of Additional Commissioners of State Tax (Appeals). - 50/ST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 19th April, 2018 No. 50/ST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Additional Commissioners of State Tax (Appeals) for carrying out the purposes of the said Act and vest them with the powers under the said Act and the rules made there under.
