Notifies the date from which E-Way Bill Rules shall come into force - 15A/2018-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/1/2017-TAX/Vol III/Pt(iii) GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 15A / 2018 State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 2 nd May, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Mizoram, hereby notifies that on or after the 1 st April 2018, no e-way bill shall be required to be generated, for the intra-State movement that commences and terminates within the State of Mizoram, in respect of any goods of any value.
