Amendment in Notification No. 9471 (F. No. 197/84/93-ITA-I), dated 4-2-94 NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2855 DATED 31-8-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in its Notification No. 9471 (F.
