Act no. 1 of 1904) the Governor, on the recommendation of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification no.KA KI-2-157/XI-9 (47)/17-UP. Act-1-2017-Order-(105)-2018 dated 31-1-2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 7th day of March, 2018.
