F.17(131)ACCT/GST/2017/126-129 dated April 10 th , 2018, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby empower Additional Commissioner, State Tax, Anti Evasion, Joint Commissioner (Adm.), Anti Evasion and all the Joint Commissioner (Adm.), State Tax to authorize the proper officer to intercept any conveyance to verify the e-way bill in physical or electronic form for all inter-state and intra-State movement of goods in their respective territorial jurisdiction and to carry out the physical verification of intercepted conveyances.
