GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division NOTIFICATION No. CCT/26-2/2018-19/35 Panaji, DATED 21-5-2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), read with Rule 109A of the rules made thereunder, the Commissioner of State Tax hereby constitutes the Appellate Authority under the said Act:- (a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Goa State, having jurisdiction over entire Goa State. (b) Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Panaji Ward), having jurisdiction over North Goa District. (c) Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Margao Ward), having jurisdiction over South Goa District.
