GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT CORRIGENDUM The 17th October, 2017 No.FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/009.- In the Assam Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2017, issued vide notification No.FTX.90/2016/73 dated 8th August, 2017 of the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, No.461 dated the 9th August, 2017,- (i) in rule 2, the figure 2017 appearing after the words, In the principal Rules, shall be deleted. (ii) in rule 3 and 4, the words, with effect from 22nd July, 2017 shall be read as with effect from 27th July, 2017 . V. B.
