Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 29 th June 2018 No. F.A-3-41-2017-1-V-(56).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3-41-2017-1-V(47), dated 30 th June, 2017 and last amended vide notification No. FA-3-41-2017-1-V(36), dated 24 th March 2018, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2018 the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2018 shall be substituted.
