GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT Notification Dated Shillong, the 31 st May, 2018. No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt/296 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya is pleased to constitute the Meghalaya Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling with the following as Members:- i) Shri W. L. Hangshing, IRS, Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Shillong Zone, Meghalaya; and ii) Shri. Abhishek Bhagotia, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Meghalaya Sd/- P. W.
