FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 8th June, 2018 S.R.O.No.201/2018- In pursuance of Section 99 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government do hereby constitute the Odisha State Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax, consisting of the Chief Commissioner of central tax as designated by the Board and the Commissioner of State tax, for hearing appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by the Odisha State Authority for Advance Ruling constituted under the said Act.
