Amendment in Notification No. 8/2017 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 7th July, 2017 - 12/2018-State Tax (Rate) - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/2/2018-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 12/2018-State Tax (Rate) Dated Aizawl the 29th June, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Government of Mizoram, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, No. 8/2017 State Tax (Rate), dated the 7th July, 2017, published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary, Vol-XLVI, Issue No. 323, dated the 11th July, 2017, and last amended vide notification No. 10/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated the 2nd May, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2018 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2018 shall be substituted.
