Central Government specifies the 5th Series Issue 7-years 14 per cent. (Taxable) Bonds u/s 80L(1)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.292 ( E ) DATED 4-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 5th Series Issue 7-years 14 per cent. (Taxable) Bonds bearing distinctive numbers 000001 to 250000 of the fact value of rupees one thousand each of the aggregate value of rupees twenty-five crores only to be issued by the Damodar Valley Corporation, Calcutta, for the purpose of the said clause.
