Seeks to amend Notification No. GST-05 dated the 8th July 2017 - SRO-GST-11(Rate) - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Civil Secretariat, Srinagar Notification Srinagar, the 22th September, 2017 SRO-GST-11(Rate) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Jammu and Kashmir Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in SRO notification No. GST-05 dated the 8 th July 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- 6A 5801 Corduro fabrics.' By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
