Central Government specifies Shri Omkareshwar Temple Trust, Mandhata, Madhya Pradesh u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1734 DATED 23-5-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies Shri Omkareshwar Temple Trust, Mandhata, Madhya Pradesh, to be a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Madhya Pradesh for the purpose of the said section. This notification will be valid only for the repair/renovation work to the extent of Rs. 8 lakhs (Rupees eight lakhs only). [Notification No. 10093/F. No. 176/10/96-ITA-I].
