MINISIRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st December, 2007 S.O. 20(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992 , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. G. Mohan Gopal, Director, National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, as a part-time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d) of that sub-section for a period of three years with effect from 31 st December, 2007 or until orders, whichever is earlier.
