SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NONFICATION Mumbai, the 27th February, 2013 Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 F. No. LAD-NRO/GN/2012-13/32/4947.- ln exercise of the powers by Section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Board hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, namely:- 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 (i) the regulation 100 shall be substituted with the following, namely- Fungibility . 100. The Indian Depository Receipts shall be fungible into underlying equity shares of the issuing company in the manner specified by the Board and Reserve Bank of India, from time to time. U. K.
