Central Government appoints Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, M/s. Aditya Birla Group Companies, as a part- time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India - F. No. 20/26/CM/93-S.O. 818(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th September, 1998 S.O. 818(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992 the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, M/s. Aditya Birla Group Companies, as a part- time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under clause (d) of that sub-section.
