SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 11 th April, 2007 F.No. SEBI/LE/2123/2007.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, by the Ludhiana Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana-141 001 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under section 4 of the said Act, for a period of one year commencing on the 28th day of April, 2007 and ending on the 27th day of April, 2008 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the condition as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter.
