Amendment in Notification No. S.O.233 dated the 10th September, 2018 - S.O. 05 - Bihar SGST

Commercial Tax Department Notification The 3rd January 2019 S.O. 5, dated the 3rd January 2019- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the C ommercial Taxes Department notification No S.O.233 dated the 10th September, 2018 published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number. 835, dated the 10th September, 2018, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to September, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to December, 2018 and 31stday of March, 2019 shall respectively be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 31st December, 2018.
