Amendment in Notification No. CCT/26-2/2018-19/37, dated 13th August, 2018 - CCT/26-2/2018-19/43/3283 - Goa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Notification CCT/26-2/2018-19/43/3283 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby make the following further amendments in notification No. CCT/26-2/2018-19/37, dated 13th August, 2018, published in Official Gazette, Series I No. 19, Extraordinary, dated 13th August, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the third proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to November, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to February, 2019 and 31st day of March, 2019 shall be respectively substituted.
