SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 16 th November, 2004 S.O. No.1273(E).- (1) In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (k) of sub-section (2) of section 11 read with section 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) the Board has notified Securities and Exchange Board of India (interest Liability Regularisation) Scheme, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme ) vide notification No. S.O. 818(E) in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated July 15, 2004. (2) The Board hereby extends the Regularisation period referred to in the Scheme till November 30, 2004. (3) All other terms and conditions of the Scheme shall remain unchanged.
