FIN/REV-3/GST/I/08 (Pt-I) (Vol 1) /09 Dated: 31 December, 2018 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Nagaland, Finance Department (Revenue Branch), F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1)/232, dated the 6 th August, 2018, namely : In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,- (i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word 31 st August, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 31st January, 2019 shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word 30th September, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 28 th February, 2019 shall be substituted.
