GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND FINANCE DEPARTMENT (REVENUE BRANCH) No. FlN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1)/456 Dated 14th September 2017 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017), the Governor of Nagaland is hereby pleased to appoint the Commissioner of Taxes, Nagaland, the Additional Commissioners of Taxes, the Joint Commissioners of Taxes, the Deputy Commissioners of Taxes, the Superintendents of Taxes and the Inspectors of Taxes under the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (4 of 2005), as the Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland, the Additional Commissioners of State Taxes, the Joint Commissioners of State Taxes, the Deputy Commissioners of State Taxes, the Superintendents of State Taxes and the Inspectors of State Taxes respectively for carrying out the purposes of this Act with their jurisdiction over the areas mentioned in the table below, as required under sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017):- TABLE SL.
