SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (MUTUAL FUNDS) REGULATIONS 1993 NOTIFICATION Bombay, the 20th January, 1993 F. No. LE/SEBI/IV/93.- In exercise of the power conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 11 read with section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Act, 1992, (15 of 1992) the Board hereby, with the previous approval of the Central Government makes the following regulations, namely :- SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (MUTUAL FUNDS) REGULATIONS 1993
