GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT TGST Notification No. 6/2019 CCT s Ref No. A(1)/134/2018, Dt. 12-02-2019 Sub:- Extension of time limit for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-7 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (23 of 2017), the Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana State, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. 24/2018 - State Tax, dated the 03rd November, 2018. In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 31st day of January, 2019 , the words, figures and letters the 28th day of February, 2019 shall be substituted. Sd/- V.
