HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 26th April, 2019 No.58/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 21st day of June, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of rule 12 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2019 notified vide Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 14/GST-2, dated the 11th January, 2019 shall come into force.
