Amendment in Notification No. SRO-367 dated 04-09-2018 - SRO-70 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Jammu, the 22 nd of January, 2019. SRO-70. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification SRO-367 dated 04-09-2018 issued by Finance Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, namely :- (i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word 31st August, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 31st January, 2019 shall be subsituted ; (ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word 30th September, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 28th February, 2019 shall be subsituted.
