MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Financial Services) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th August, 2019 S.O. 2899(E).─ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of August, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Part I of Chapter VI of the said Act shall come into force.
