Commencement date of the Constitution (Twenty-seventh Amendment) Act, 1971 - G.S.R. 73(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th February 1972 G.S.R. 73(E), in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (Twenty-seventh Amendment) Act, 1971, the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of February, 1972 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act (other than sections 1 and 3 which have already come into force) shall come into force.
