Central Board of Direct Taxes approves Sri Sathya Sai Medical Trust, Brindaban, Bangalore u/s 10(23C)(via) NOTIFICATION NO. S. O. 17813 DATED 24-3-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (via) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby approves "Sri Sathya Sai Medical Trust, Brindaban, Bangalore", for the purpose of the said section for the assessment years 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 : Provided that the society conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clause (via) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962.
