Amendments in the Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(26/2018-Rate) dated 31st December 2018. - 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(17/2019-Rate) - Goa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division ___ Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(17/2019-Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(26/2018-Rate) dated 31st December 2018, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 2, Series I No. 39, dated 31st December, 2018, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) for the word gold , wherever it occurs, the words, gold, silver or platinum , shall be substituted; (ii) in the opening paragraph, for the word and figures, heading 7108 , the word and figures, Chapter 71 , shall be substituted; (iii) in the Explanation, for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- (d) Chapter means heading as specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
