This Notification extends date of earlier Anti-dumping duty on 3,4,5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde imported from People's Republic of China . 19 th September, 2000 Notification No. 121/2000-Cus. WHEREAS the Designated Authority vide notification published in Part I, Section 1 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 15 th day of March, 2000, has initiated review in the matter of continuation of anti-dumping duty on3,4,5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde, originating in, or exported from, the People's Republic of China, imposed vide notification No. 46/99-Customs, dated the 29 th April, 1999 and has requested for extension of anti-dumping duty upto 19 th March, 2001; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with the second proviso to sub-section (5) and sub-section (6) of section 9A of the said Customs Tariff Act and rule 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 46/99-Customs, dated 29 th April, 1999, namely:- In the said notification, in the second paragraph, for the figures, letters and words "19 th day of September, 2000", the figures, letters and words "19 th day of March, 2001" shall be substituted.
