Corrigendum to Notification S.O. 4540 (E) dated the 18th December, 2019 - S.O. 4604 (E) - Foreign Trade Policy

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE) New Delhi the 24 December, 2019 CORRIGENDUM Subject: Corrigendum to Notification S.O. 4540 (E) dated the 18th December, 2019. S.O. 4604 (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , the Central Government hereby notifies corrigendum to the Notification S.O. 4540 (E) dated the 18th December, 2019 as under:- (i) In Column No. 1 (Exim Code), the Exim Code 0713 31 90 is rectified to be read as 0713 31 10 . (ii) In Column No. 2 (Item Description), the description Urad (Beans of the SPP Vigna Radiata (L.) Wilczek) is rectified to be read as Urad (Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper) . 2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. [F.
