Amendment in notification no. 796/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 11th October, 2017 - 912/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8)/2019 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 912/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8)/2019 Dehradun : Dated: 17 December, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017 read with rule 123 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor is pleased to allow to make the following amendment in the notification No. 796/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 11 th October, 2017, namely :- In the said Notification- (i) After the opening paragraph for serial no. (a) and (b) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted; namely:- (a) One officer of the State Government, to be nominated by the Commissioner; and (b) One officer of the Central Government, to be nominated by the Chief Commissioner. 2.
