Central Government specifies the 16% (Taxable) Non-convertible Secured Redeemable Bonds issued by the Steel Authority of India Limited u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S. O. 503 ( E ) DATED 28-6-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 16% (Taxable) Non-convertible Secured Redeemable Bonds (IIIrd Issue---II Series) bearing distinctive numbers from F-1 to F-40000 of Rs. 1,00,000 each aggregating to an amount of rupees four hundred crores only, issued by the Steel Authority of India Limited for the purpose of the said clause.
