Amendment in Notification No. 7/2019 - State Tax (Rate), dated 04-06-2019 - 24/2019 – State Tax (Rate) - Telangana SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms No.7 Date : 29.01.2020 NOTIFICATION No. 24/2019 State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act.No.23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 7/2019 - State Tax (Rate), issued in G.O.Ms No. 63, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dt. 04-06-2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2019.
