No. VI(1)/84(a)/2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3 of Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. the Commissioner of State Tax hereby delegates the powers conferred on him vide Notification No. II(2)/CTR/793(d-1)/2017, dated 22nd September 2017, No. II(2)/CTR/793(d-2)/2017 dated 22nd September 2017, No. II(2)/CTR/858(a-8)/2017 dated 13th October 2017 and No. II(2)/CTR/858(a-9)/2017 dated 13th October 2017 in respect of affidavit filed by the taxpayer voluntarily foregoing any actionable claim or enforceable right in respect of brand name to the territorial Joint Commissioner having jurisdiction over the taxpayer or to the Joint Commissioner (Policy and Planning) in the office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes for the State. 2.
