Amendment in Notification No. 4/2018-State Tax, dated 30th January, 2018 - 04/2020-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 04/2020-State Tax Shimla-2, the 28th January, 2020 No. EXN-F(10)-25/2019 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendment in notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No. 4/2018-State Tax, dated 30th January, 2018, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-5/2018, dated 30th January, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word 10 th January, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted.
