Amendment in Notification No. 6/2019-State Tax, dated the 24th April, 2019 - 12/2019-STATE TAX - Manipur SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) NOTIFICATION NO. 12/2019-STATE TAX Imphal, the 30 th July, 2019 No. TAX/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Manipur, Finance Department (Expenditure Section) Notification No. 6/2019-State Tax, dated the 24 th April, 2019, published in the Manipur Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 15, dated the 26 th April, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters md words 31 st day of JuIy, 2019 , the figures, letters and word, 31 st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
