HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 27th May, 2020 No.46/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 21st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2019 notified vide Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.69/GST-2, dated the 18th July, 2019, shall come into force.
