Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhavan New Delhi Notification No. 07/2015-2020 New Delhi, Dated: 28 th May, 2020 Subject: - Amendment in Export Policy of Paracetamol API S.O. 1681 (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Chapter 29 of the Schedule 2 of the ITCHS Export Policy amending the Notification No. 50/2015-20 dated 03.03.2020 related to export Policy of Paracetamol API: S.No. ITC HS Codes Description Present Policy Revised Policy 146 A 29222933 Paracetamol Restricted Free 2. Effect of this Notification: The Notification No. 50/2015-20 dated 03.03.2020 is further amended to remove restriction on export of Paracetamol APIs, making its export free with immediate effect.
