GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No F. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-III) Dated, Agartala the 26 th May, 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) read with clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the rules), made vide notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019, dated the 1 st July, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1270, dated the 1 st July, 2019. the Government, hereby appoints the 21 st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall come into force.
