GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) Dated 26-Jun-2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (99) of section 2 read with sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the' Chief Commissioner, State tax, Rajasthan as Revisional Authority for revision of decision or orders as referred to in section 108 of the said Act.
