Ms.No.90, Revenue (CT-II), 3rd August, 2019 .] CORRIGENDUM In the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.63, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dated 4-6-2019,- (a) at page 3, in column (5) of the table the words tax shall be paid by the promoter shall be read as State tax shall be paid by the promoter (b) at page 3, in column (5) of the table the words rate of eighteen percent shall be read as rete of nine percent (c) at page 24, in Illustration 3, the words the promoter shall pay tax @ 18 percent shall be read as the promoter shall pay tax @ 18 (9+9) percent SOMESH KUMAR, Special Chief Secretary to Government.
