NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT x REVENUE DEPARTMENT (CT-II) EXTENSION OF DUE DATE FOR QUARTERLY FURNISHING OF FORM GSTR-1 FOR TAX PAYERS WITH AGGREGATE TURNOVER UP TO 1.5 CRORES UNDER THE TELANGANA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017, (TELANGANA ACT NO. 23 OF 2017). [ G.O.Ms.No. 83, Revenue (CT-II), 18th July, 2019 .] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No.23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.80, Revenue (CT.II) Department, Dated:18.7.2019, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to September, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to December, 2018 and 31st day of March, 2019 shall respectively be substituted.
