NOTIFICATION Notification No. 49/2020-State Tax MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SEVICES TAX ACT, 2017. No. GST.1020/C.R.74A/Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Mah. Ord. XI of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Ordinance ), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
