Seeks to amendment in Notification No. 22/2019-State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019 - 36 of 2019 - State Tax - Mizoram SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM NOTIFICATION No. 36 of 2019 - State Tax No. J.21011/2/2019 (a) - TAX, the 28th August, 2019 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department No.22/2019-State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted. Note :- The principal notification was issued vide No.22/2019-State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019 and was subsequently amended by notification No. 25/2019-State Tax, dated the 2nd July, 2019.
