Seeks to amend Notification No. 21/2019 - State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019 - 35 of 2019-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM NOTIFICATION No. 35 of 2019-State Tax No. J.21011/2/2019(a)-TAX, the 14th August, 2019 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Mizoram in No. 21/2019 - State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of July, 2019 , the figures, letters and word, 31st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted. Note: - The principal notification was published vide No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated the 9th May, 2019 and was subsequently amended by notification No. 34/2019-State Tax, dated the 31st July, 2019.
