GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part -II) Dated, Agartala the 23/07/2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (2) of clause 1 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Tripura Ordinance No. 3 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Ordinance), the State Government hereby appoints the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of clause 11 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
