Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-842/XI-2-20-9(47)/17- U.P. Act-1-Order-(137)-2020 dated August 07, 2020. NOTIFICATION No. 842/XI-2-20-9(47)/17- U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(137)-2020 Lucknow : Dated August 07, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), and section 21 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations Of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no. 662/XI-2-20-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(126)-2020 Dated 01-07-2020. In the said notification, in the first paragraph,- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29 th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30 th day of August, 2020 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30 th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31 st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted.
